To keep expectations transparent, use of the hexclad website and checkout constitutes agreement to these Terms of Service together with the incorporated policies. In keeping with our published standards, customers may not use the storefront for unlawful conduct, interference, security attacks, content misuse, or infringement of third-party rights.
